    In view of the absolute integrity, immaculate results, client correspondence, love for their community, and tangible charity, I cannot more highly recommend this extremely admirable company that repeatedly displays a most reliable character and compassion. A tremendous example of her display of true heart, at which I was floored when I learned, is that Darlene Kimball and her company have consistently been helping Life Without Limbs and other organizations like Pathways, which helps battered young women, as well as zealously partaking in many other community-enriching endevours. She displays both the best level of quality and timeliness, and it is a wonder to see her company at work. And the care she shows for her clients makes me think that working for Darlene must be a pleasure. You will not be disappointed. By repeatedly proving that she is a woman of her word she has shown herself absolutely trustworthy, and so I heartily recommend State Restoration, Inc.

    Darlene Kimbell and her crew are the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. They left shotty, poor quality work, broken appliances, forgot to finish painting leaving primer only on the moldings throughout the house, left holes in the ceilings and the toilets, cracks in every molding no caulking, my 80 yr old mother had to live with a broken fridge that kept freezing over she had to crack a glacier of ice formed in the freezer pan break it up, sweep into a dustpan and put in sink every week for 2 years!!! She was 80 years old with back problems and health issues!! She had to live with a faucet that barely spit out water, a stove top that was not properly installed so she had to use a match to use the range, the range fan broke, they installed the outlets upside down, half the outlets didn't work, left 2 inch carpet gaps with exposed tacks on the floor!!! Cracks in the marble etc etc it was a total mess. They also charged State Farm ins over 120k for the job which should have only cost max 40k considering they did a kitchen and paint only.
    Darlene Kimbell and Don McMaster used cheap laminated cherry wood in the kitchen and have us a choice of only 3 different cabinets or granite. She said we could only pick from the 3 choices she had unbelievable if we weren't dealing w such a catastrophic event like a FIRE, I should've looked for a better contractor. I also had to deal with these people for over 2.5 yrs trying to resolve these issues as they constantly made excuses and lies like that it was my mothers fault that the freezer froze over. Two years later their own appliance contractor finally confirmed that the fridge had been recalled and the heating unit was not properly installed in the first place absolutely no fault of my mothers. Absolutely horrible people unethical, dishonest con artists they should have their license revoked!! I will do everything to cancel their State Farm contract! Darlene also left us 2 yrs later with an unfinished paint job totally messing up our move in. They left the job half done again and refused to finish the job- typical. She has caused so much distress to my mother and myself. This situation was a heartache for my mother who died recently. Darlene and State Restorations painter told us he is constantly fixing and repairing her poor work quality so obviously she is doing this to other customers. State Farm should not recommend such shady restoration companies that swindle insurance companies, raising our rates, overcharging them and causing such a nightmare to people who have experienced fire and water damage and devastating loss. No wonder she and Don drive 750il bmws!! They are getting richer off poor victims of fire and loss. Good luck staying in business Darlene your reputation will soon get around!! And my mother is watching you...shame on you and your team!!
