They lied to me when I asked if the basement was flooded. I had seen what I thought to be water damage on the dry wall and was told thats just paint bubbling not water damage. Come to find out it was water damage. Then my basement flooded again three weeks later. So two floods in less than a months time, but they so called fixed the problem the first time??? Well at first I was told they'd replace my items damaged, then the music changed and they are not replacing any of my items and tell me I need replace my own stuff. They said yes it was thier fault the pump was installed improperly bu tthey will not reimbures me for my items or the emergency plumber I had to get at 3am.
Also thier customer service rep Mr. Schmidt thought it was okay to call me and during the conversation say he doesn't care if my wife was crying or upset because some of our sentimental its not his problem or responsibility.
