It's a "Pleasure" to recommend Steve and his great company. I am a Florida Licensed Electrical Class 1 Contractor. I can wire a home and also a 50 story building with my Class One License.
My company is Suarez Electric Systems and I have been in the commercial construction for 40 years. In my 40 years I have had to work with all types of
building contractors. To say that it's been easy to work with any and all Building Contractors would be a push.
For many years I heard about KHM Builders but I had never met Steve or worked for Steve. After checking out KHM I quickly new what contractor would do a large remodeling job for me in my Cheval Home.
My wife and I had to move out of our home so that Steve and his sub-contractors could work. We had workers in our home everyday. Try to say that about any other home contractor. Their game is to come in Week One with a lot of sub-contractors and make it look good. This same week they ask for their first payment and good luck if you see them weekly working on your house.
I was highly impressed on KHM work and I could write a book about this business. I recommended them to my friends and my family and everyone has been very happy.
