We met with several Architects but Steven gave us the most information at our initial meeting and was able to accurately estimate to cost of our project (something that another Architect grossly underestimated on another project.) Steven's price was fair and less than the AIA guidelines prepared us for. Steven was very familiar with our municipality and his drawings gave the building department "comfort" - that's what they told us.
