  We had ongoing problems with our AC for over a year. Our Home Warranty Company sent three different contractors, each seemed to discover the problem but the repairs only lasted a few weeks. When Gibson Air-Conditioning and Heating was sent by the Home Warranty Company, Steven Gibson, the owner, took a personal interest. He helped us discover the real problem and expedited the solution. His technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to deal with. His prices for the items not covered by the home warranty plan were fair and extremely reasonable. Their customer service is excellent.

  We greatly appreciated that a technician was able to come out the next day (Sunday). He was able to trouble shoot our HVAC system and determine why our A/C was not staying on. He determined our capacitor was faulty and needed to be replaced, and had to get the part from the main office. Within an hour our A/C was working again. We highly recommend Steven Gibson for HVAC repairs. The company is fair, honest, knowledgeable, and respectful. They were able to come 2 hours early before our scheduled time. This speaks volumes on how they make the customer a priority. Thanks again!

  Heater Fix

  $75

  Steven was so awesome!! Not only did he arrive earlier than expected, but he stayed until after dark to finish the job. He even had to go off-site for a part, told me how long he would be gone, and came back promptly just as expected. Great communication throughout the process as well. I really enjoyed his personable attitude and kindness. So refreshing! And my heater works like a charm.

  Repair Heat Pump HVAC system

  $75

  I recently purchased a condo in Cathedral City. The unit has a heat pump HVAC system. It was not producing heat. I had two other companies attempt to service the unit with no success. Technician Angel Cardozo was sent out to me to see if he could resolve the problem. He identified the problem and had it corrected in a short period of time. He told me that he had a great deal of experience with Heat Pump systems and after identifying and correctly the problem when 2 other service providers could not I believe his statement to be very true. I've delayed writing this review for a month as I wanted to insure that the problem was indeed resolved. I've used the heat portion of the system now several times over the pasted month and it continues to work great. I certainly have no reservations recommending Angel and the company he represents.
