I specifically asked Shauna to use a paint called Swiss Coffee and even sent her the paint chip. She said, no problem. After the job I asked her to confirm that if I purchased Swiss Coffee it would be the exact match I was looking for. She said it was going to work.
After the job I asked her again to confirm she used Swiss Coffee and she said, no, I used paint on Amazon. If I wanted to get the exact color I needed to purchase it on Amazon!
Also, there were a few thing that were not completed on job; one hinge not put on cabinet. I have emailed her twice and NO reply. Guess she isn't interested in finishing an extremely expensive job.
