I got about 8 quotes from local companies. We decided on Steve because of recommendation, price and we worked with him during an inspection. We just had our roof replaced last week (11/20-25/2019)
I can not stress enough how INCREDIBLE Steve Sylvester Roofing is. He has gone out of his way to help us. If you’re looking for a roofing company, he is your guy. Steve, his son and his crew worked last week from Wednesday through Monday to complete the job before the rain got here. I am so incredibly grateful for their help.
My husband and I have had many conversations this year about businesses and how no one really cares about their customers anymore. It has gone from the mentality that the customer is always right (I realize it’s not always true, but still) to getting that bottom line at any cost. Steve Sylvester is still in the mentality of doing the right thing, the right way, with integrity.
He came highly recommended by a friend and we are forever thankful for it. I am so incredibly happy we went with him. The price was fair, his work was excellent, he was always on time, very polite, his crew was friendly and worked VERY hard. If you can get him, jump at the chance. It’s pretty busy with all roofers right now with the Damage from fires and storms.
I will be writing a review everywhere about his company and his service. Thank you Steve!
