  This is by far the most competent,dependable, hard working crew who is extremely meticulous with everything John touched ,Words can not describe how HAPPY WE ARE WITH THE BIG JOB HE DID WITH MAKING A DREAM COME TRUE WITH OUR YARD.I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS QUALITY PROFESSIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP THAT ITS HARD TO PUT INTO WORDS! I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR BEING AS METICULOUS AND METHODICAL ON EVERY LEVEL RE DOING OUR YARD. SOMEBODY SAYING SOMETHING DIFFERENT MUST BE FROM A DIFFERENT PLANET! SO TO JOHN THANK YOU FOR BEING THE BEST OUT THERE AND WE WILL THINK OF YOU FOR LIKE I SAID BEFORE MAKING MY WIFE& I DREAM A REALITY.   I was very happy with John and his crew he went over and beyond what I asked him to do and the work was top notch I was very happy with the work completed I will have him back out to do more work later

  Patio replacement around our pool

  The worst ever! Incompetent, rude, the work was horrible! Try to find that guy after you pay him ? Poof! He’s nowhere to be found. Won’t return you calls or take responsibility for the crappy work he and his crew did! He broke all the tiles around out pool and promised to repair them...he didn’t and we can’t locate him. She seat bench he put in is less than a year old and is already loose and breaking off. Can’t find him. The wiring for out outdoor lighting was put in a different place than what we asked for and doesn’t even work anyway, we can’t find him. They played around with their high pressure hose and sprayed the side of the outside wall to where it looks like graffiti, can’t find him. I’ve called and texted him several times and he will not respond or take our calls. The cement work he did in our backyard and around out pool is horrible. I could go in and on. We are contacting the labor board to get his contractor license taken away. He’s shady, unreliable, and doesn’t do good work at all, his prices go up and up all the while that he’s working and he takes advantage of his customers. I’m so very sorry I ever let this man touch our property. PLEASE do not hire him, you’ll end up mad, broke, and with very sub-par concrete work. The owner will look you straight in the eyes while he’s lying to your face.

  If the workers were not attached to the owner I would highly recommend this company. This guy was hired by the contractor we hired through Lowes, however although the work was stellar it was all done by his team. John, which is the owner not only has a bad and foul mouth, but was demeaning to his Hispanic workers cussing constantly at them. Near the end of the job I reviewed the videos to delete them...to my surprise I found out that he also stated that he doesn't give a *uck about the people in this house, and right after that I came outside and he kissed my butt...I was so angry when I saw the videos wish I looked at them sooner. I was handling the job for my parents, but he decided to pop up unexpectedly because of his unprofessional behavior even towards the neighbors he was afraid a neighbor destroyed his work, so commented that my Asian mother wasn't smart enough to understand, made a joke regarding my father's eyebrows as if it is funny that he is going through chemotherapy. Watched all the videos and brought it up with the construction company that hired him. He paraded around the first day boosting his own ego about how he is the best,etc. Just shut your mouth and let the work show for it. His guys made him look good, the only time I knew he was there was when he was cussing, and he stopped when I came outside. He could learn a thing from his crew they do great work, and we're extremely respectful, but he was not. It all starts with the boss and if he doesn't show respect for the customers footing the bill, then why hire this loud mouth. His workers told him we had video cameras, but he made the comment that he 'could give a **ck about anyone in this house.' Then when I told him to be more tactful he just walked away and said he didn't want to get into it with me. When I have all the videos to prove what he did and said there is really no reason for that, he has no business sense, which is why he has to be hired by another construction company. No doubt his mouth gets him into trouble. I wouldn't hire him, nor would I recommend him, but his workers who did all the work, with their skills no doubt they will definitely find a better job elsewhere, and should. He also tried to show off and tell me he got a $10,000 trailer, with $273 payments. Don't really know why he would say that sounds like he has no money and no credit, if that is all he was trying to prove then he was successful. He didn't come back to finish the job so the construction company I originally hired did. If I knew all he said earlier I would have fired his butt sooner, well you say you don't care about customers well good luck with that I think you need them to pay your bills buddy. Do not hire this company for any of your work John Stewart is completely unprofessional, unethical to try and take short cuts when his workers stated they wouldn't do that he cussed at them, and just not a good guy from what I witnessed first hand. He also seemed like he was on speed or something moving so quickly, and just sounded crazy the way he spoke repeating himself constantly. It would have been fine if he spoke badly about me, but I won't allow anyone to say idiotic things regarding my parents. He was speaking about the very customers that paid for him to be there. Then, when I told him about a crack his workers made he said to me, 'I don't really give a damn bout that crack.' I told him I do so fix it, so I told the owner of the construction company to make sure he fixes it and they did. He also tried to get additional work stating he could come back and fill in a whole area with concrete....told me to get my parents and I was mad since I saw the videos already so I stated no all we wanted was that you fix what you did. Then he stated that 'if it was his house, he would do this.' I told him to not talk over me and just fix the area. Then later he said well I can paint this post, which he chipped, I said no I will. Then later he said well 'if your parents need a refrigerator moved or anything give me a call.' I don't know what this guy is on but he got so desperate at the end and then stormed off when confronted about everything he said. To live drama free and so your neighbors will not have to hear the foul language coming from this loud mouth, please search elsewhere. His language and comments were offensive to my neighbors, my family, and everyone within hearing range of him. If I knew the things he said early on he would have been fired immediately, work doesn't matter when you have somebody disrespecting the very people that pay for the work. The videos just kept making me more annoyed and angry so I stopped watching them. He will not matter as we continue on with our lives, but I did want to end with one last thing. It's my parents intelligence, morals and good genes that caused me to be at the top of my class in Biomedical Engineering. This little man named John Stewart will get a big dose of karma; future customers you have been warned!
