We worked with Ned Stoll and Eric Hoskinson of Stoll and Stoll for several years. We highly recommend them. Ned and Eric worked around our busy travel schedules and very demanding requirements for a complex building remodel job on our 125 year-old home. Our design goals were very ambitious; we wanted to create four separate living spaces for our extended family. Because the home is a waterfront property, located within NYC, we had many zoning/filing challenges. In the middle of the project, Hurricane Sandy hit, resulting in additional changes in zoning requirements for our area. In all cases, Ned and Eric responded to the shifting requirements, always listening to us, and in the end came up with a design that is both functional and beautiful. Again, we highly recommend Stoll & Stoll.
