Worst company I have ever dealt with. If you purchase from Home Depot or Lowes and this is the company you draw to fabricate and install your countertops I suggest you run away as fast as you can. They measured my island countertop and did not realizre the sink I had was not going to fit. Result is they cut my countertop and then realized that it would not work on the day of the install. Countertop was supposed to be installed on August 15th. They finally recut a new slab and had it installed by August 26th. Incompetence every step of the way from measuring, to cutting, to installation to fixing their mistake. The company's install manager James is completely incompetent and only tells customers what he needs to say to make them think the company cares and is taking care of them. He is nothing but a salesperson and is a represntative of the kind of people this company hires. Tell the customer what they want to hear even when he knows it's clearly a lie. Don't do anything extra to fix a mistake. Then avoid the customer when they try to contact you because you clearly misled them about how this situation would be resolved. Laurie their customer service manager is the only person who was honest and brave enough to tell me truth even when it was bad news. Left a terrible review on there satisfaction survey. I got a call the next day from their regional manager Sal Romero. I explained every mistake and all the incompetence I experienced. He sounded like someone that would try to make things right. He made me an offer to pay me $500.00 to cover cost of plumber replacing valves and reconnecting the plumbing. I said how about a $1000.00 he said he would call me back the next day and let me know what they could do for me. It is now September 11. I have not heard a word back from Sal Romero or anyone else at Stone Systems. James and Sal are nothing but sales people and just say whatever they can think of at that moment in time to make the customer think they care and will fix their problems. They do not call people back. They make the customer intiate all contact. My personal opinion is that this is a trait or characteristic that the company looks for in the people they hire. People that are good at BS. The level of incompetence and disregard for the customer I experienced at every step of this process was astounding. Do not use this company.
