Storey Pole Construction Reviews

we had an awful experience with Storey Pole Construction. We hired Will Duncan and Jonnie for a 1200 sq ft add on to our home. The original bid was $254,000 dollars unfinished. After 17 months of watching only Will do the work without subcontractors, we are 20% done and have gone through $178,000 dollars. Will repeatedly did change orders without communicating and getting approval. After a 51,000 change order was completed but not approved was done, we stopped the process and are in the middle of asking for some refund money. When we asked Will to produce itemized receipts for work, he simply brushed us off. The house is left in disarray and we are stuck waiting for an insurance adjuster to access the work. Writing this review in hopes no one else has to go through what we have. This was an awful experience that we still have to deal with
