Not Recommended. For the estimate for stucco work along the roof, Carlos told me it would take all day but he could finish the work sooner with another helper. Estimate was $500. He showed up about 15 minutes late with a helper that weighed about 300 lbs. In two hours they were done. They asked me to take a look because I questioned them being finished. When I went up on the roof, what I saw was broken tile, lots of broken tile. Carlos worked on the one side of the roof and there were no broken tile. Where the other helper worked there were over 60 tiles broken. He didn't know how to walk on tile. When I complained about the cost for only two hours of work, he reduced the bill to $450. The cost for repair of the tiles was $650 by Jarco Roofing. I asked Carlos to pay for the damage but he said to sue. Address listed here I believe is incorrect.
