Joe Strama did my excavation July 2012 everything was ok until this year when we had record rains. my basement has flooded from the middle of the floor every time it rains now. My husband and I talked to Joe and he seam to know what the problem was but has yet to return a call or come by to fix the problem. I was in the middle of basement renovation which we had to stop due to water. We left him several messages but he will not respond. Please do not trust this vendor! he does not stand behind his work!

we hired this company and gave big project for our new construction excavation , foundation, all concrete work.
Nothing has been done upto quality. it’s extremely poor work. uneven surfaces, concrete poured was not smooth anywhere including basements . They had big project including leveling after construction is done but they left unfinished. not answering calls.. They didn’t cleanup their mess and debris after digging foundation and pouring concrete.
