It is highly advised to research whom you hire for your home projects that cost thousands of dollars. I did not do that with Jarred few years ago and started a large Storage/garage project with him. Not only he over charged me but he moved his workers away from the project and left it unfinished and lied to the contractor and never paid him. My Garage was left unfinished and it is still like that today 2022. So I highly recommend researching these people before hiring any body this guy lost his license for being corrupt and dis honest in his work. He screwed many people up and I only knew that after reading this post on him after it was too late have I had read this post before I would never had hired him not on my dead body. So you too, if you get to read these posts be carful who you hire it could be your next nightmare. Good luck

I had the worst experience dealing Jarrod Stroup. He is a big time fraudster. Developers be aware of him his, girlfriend Tara Nestor and low-grade engineer John Langeloh.
My entire project was left in shambles and lost tens of thousands in the back lease. No deadline was met, I was always given an excuse. In the end, I had no calls returned, no emails returned. I had no address, no ID, they took the money, left me stuck with no plans, and loss of 12,500 in a lease. I curse the day I met these guys.

Bounced and used me as a reference before bouncing for two other jobs and one of those guys lost big, he took 45,000 from someone in Los Angeles and gave my number for reference that guy kept calling me and begging me for money. Just a weird weird feeling. I did not even try to recover my money. He said he has people in the city who look the other way.
