The workmanship is great. They have excellent employees and do a wonderful job. Sadly, they don’t have the best communication when it comes to scheduling. They will abandon the job without notice and nobody will respond to text messages or emails asking for an update. The very worst part is when you get the bill. Even though the work had been quoted and no mention was ever made regarding a price increase, we were billed an extra $6,000. Then the partner, Alan, had the audacity to accuse us of being difficult and to threaten filing a lien if payment wasn’t made. Bottom line, be prepared to pay extra without any notice or any negotiation. Be prepared for delays. If you can live with that, you can expect excellent workmanship.
