  In ground pool

  John and his team did a great job on our in-ground pool. He was unable to start our pool at the anticipated start date due to permit (Covid) delays and weather but once he started our pool was in and ready in 3 weeks!! I called him several times throughout the progress and he always returned my call or made himself available to answer any questions/concerns we had. They left our property clean and I also felt comfortable allowing them to work while I was at work. I will continue to recommend them!

  Pool liner/lights/pump

  Suffolk Pool builders came to our rescue after purchase of our property, pool included, with supposedly 4 months of a service contract left for pool maintenance. Dozens of phone calls and messages did not garner any response and so I began looking for other options. Found John who was kind enough to stop in, explain how and where to have water tested and get supplies which we were able to easily do ourselves. John declined to accept a service call fee and said « please remember us when there’s a need ». Well come early spring there was a need, so we ended up with a new pump and liner for our very large custom unground pool which was about 1/2 the cost I expected. John and his son are wonderful people, gentlemen and trustworthy. I will continue to consult and depend on them for all our pool needs

  John Drames rips people off, he and his son use the cheapest product and does crappy work like glued pvc pipe to sand filter instead of putting a unscrewable joint, did the same to the pump. Did not put a turn off valve on pool. He talks like he knows how to build a pool, but he doesn’t. And his sons do crappy work too. I wish I never met this man. And he states he’s a Christian, stay away from him and company.

  Pool cleaning and minor maintenance

  BEWARE! Please under no circumstances should you hire this man for service. Avoid this company at all cost. If I could give no star I would have. He quotes prices based on how much he thinks he can gouge from you. This man is a con artist. One of the best I'be encounter in my life time. He poses as a nice christian (thats the approach he took on me). He's a crook! I agree with the previous post. He treats you as if he's doing you a favor. STAY AWAY! You'll be sorry if you don't.

  Put a unground saltwater pool

  $32,000

  The worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Once you sign the contract, he takes forever. He didn’t put a flow switch in, I have 2 wrinkles in my pool. His men leave trash everywhere and then plowed dirt over plastic wrapping. Concrete around the pool is rough. His contract makes u pay most of the money up front before half the work is done. He acts like he is doing u a favor putting a pool in. I will never let him or workers step foot on my property. I just pray all the plumbing that is in the ground is correct. Time will tell.
