  I do NOT recommend Suncastle Roofing.
  I got quotes from 4 roofers, based on online reviews. Suncastle had the shortest waiting list, so I went with them. The contract included cleaning up debris, so I assumed they would leave my yard clean and safe. NOT.
  1). After job was “finished”, I started looking in my yard, and found plenty of trash - and a minefield of nails. The worst ones were from the old roof they removed. They were rusty and had 1” spikes. I “found” some when I stepped on them, and they went through my shoes, into my feet. When I had found 30 nails, I took photos and emailed them with my concern.
  NO response - except for a bill sent one day after the job, stating that if I did not pay in 14 days (even though they had not cleaned up my yard), I was subject to an 18% late fee (!!).
  2). Since my minefield/yard was dangerous for me and my dog, I spent hours on my knees on several hot days finding nails. Finally, TWELVE DAYS after the job, they sent an unannounced “clean-up” crew. I speak Spanish, and one of the crew told me they had been “tired” when they finished the roof. Unbelievable.
  3. Wait, there’s more! AFTER they “completed” the clean-up and left, I personally found FIFTY MORE nails they left, for a total (so far) of ONE HUNDRED nails in my yard.
  4. Wait, there’s more! The office manager calls me to tell me the boss offered me a refund of $100 for my “trouble” - a DISCOUNT OF LESS THAN ONE PERCENT.
  I should have used highly-recommended Kuykendall Roofing or CW’s Quality Roofing (AND their estimates were thousands of dollars less!). But they had longer waiting lists. I should have waited.

  Suncastle roofing did a great job of our roof. The roofers were on time and worked all day,everyone knew what their job was and got it done. The yard was kept clean when they left. We were very happy with the price and the finished job.

  My experience with Suncastle roofing was Excellent. I got a lot of estimates form other rooofing co , my roof was tile , i was concerned , but suncastle roofing came true like they told me . from start to finish right on schedule every step of the way.   New shingle roof

  SunCastle Roofing is awesome. A crew of about 10 employees worked all day long. It was amazing how quickly they can take down and then put up a new roof. The cleanup was great. We are very happy and would definitely recommend them.

  Roof replacement

  I would highly recommend Suncastle roofing for your roof replacement. Alex, the owner, presented 4 different roofing options for us to choose from and once we made our plan and shingle choices their very professional and efficient organization handled everything including the North Port permit application process. A crew of 10 hard working employees arrived at 6:30 AM and did not leave until 6:30 PM when the roofing job was done and a thorough clean up was completed - ALL IN ONE DAY!!!! - My wife and I are thrilled - Mark and Susan, North Port, 8/31/18

  Suncastle was the first roofing company we called. Alex came right out that day and gave us an estimate. We were very impressed with him. Decided to go with them a few days later.   I live in Vizcaya Lakes in Port Charlotte . I called Suncastle Roofing. Alex the owner came out and gave me a quote. I was very happy with it very competitive.He got his team together and they were able to install my new roof in a day. His team was remarkable. They were also excellent workers. Great job!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof. Thanks again to Alex and his team!!! My roof looks awesome!!!

  We live in Venice and just had Suncastle install a new roof and we were so impressed with several things. First, Alex, the owner, set up an appointment, was prompt, gave us a quote and was very competitive. His team was so thorough, efficient, and competitive with price. They were done in 2 days, did a remarkable job in clean up, and our roof looks great. Couldn't be happier.House looks so much better and did it at a great price. We strongly recommend them.
