Don't use this builder for anything. He is horrible. Bought a brand new home from them, been waiting over 4mths to get things repaired. Looks nice on the surface but the workmanship is crap. Cracked, scratched, not sealed tiles on floor/shower. Floor 1/8" rise and dips between tiles. Leaking shower. Missing baseboard pieces, pavers slanted towards the house pooling water. Closet doors with holes that were patched, towel holders that won't even hold up a towel before falling off. The list is endless. He won't answer your calls, text, emails, etc. If he does, there is an excuse why and then stops responding
