    RUN! Don't walk...far away from this company. William "Bill" Ferrigno, owner, is the reason that contractors get a bad name. Sunlight took our 10% deposit for a new construction home build. 20 months later not only had they not even started construction they never even pulled any permits. Bill was condescending and manipulative. He lied about reasons for delays for months. When confronted he offered to return our money. He asked for 90 days to return our money since he already spent it working on other projects. 90 days to begin with was ridiculous but then, in line with our experience, he failed to return our deposit. We had to hire an attorney as well as provide a deposition to the department for consumer protection. He continued to gas light and lie until we were scheduled to be in court. We had researched Sunlight before signing a contract. It appears they had a legitimate business in the past however, given the economy and issues created by COVID Sunlight's owner has become a scam artist. If we can save one other honest family from having to go through what we went through, then this review will be worth it. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER BIULDER!
