DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!
We hired Superior Roof Solutions to re-roof a 6,500ft2 house...a $45,000+ job. They were paid in full IMMEDIATELY! Two months after the job was finished, their supplier filed a lien on the property demanding $18,000 because Superior Roof Solutions hasn't paid their bills. We spoke to their supplier and apparently we are the 4th property they had to file a lien on.
We paid the lien and for weeks now, David Sager keeps stringing is along and promising us to pay us back. Every time get excuses. Latest text exchange was today saying "Good morning. I'll get you something by the end of the day." And of course nothing came. Next step...lawsuit.
In a new development on top of everything they now have their license suspended!
