Justin W. and his wife stopped by and quoted us for roof/gutters due to hail storm. They seemed very nice and we felt they’d do a good job at that time. We were wrong! Long story short…
Roof installed on June 24th. Gutters were supposed to be removed and reinstalled. Gutters were destroyed on the back half of the house, dented up in the front, and the back was left to lay on the ground.
As of June 26th, no call from Supreme about the gutters being left on the ground.
Called June 26th (two days later) and left messages and sent texts. No response. Called approx. 10 more times over the next week or so – no response.
We sent a letter on July 20th. No response. Gutters were still laying on the ground as of August 3 (6.5 weeks of gutters laying on the ground during storm season).
We had decided to find someone else to put in gutters and scheduled for second week of September. However, Supreme’s gutter crew just showed up out of nowhere, unannounced, on September 4 (11 weeks later).
They never completed the entire job of what we agreed to. We ended our working relationship when gutters were completed, and unfortunately, we have issues with our gutters now.
**WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING SUPREME CONSTRUCTION!**
