  Been without a/c for over a month. Unresponsive, unreliable and replacing parts with used/refurbished parts. Does not check work. Got stuck with them because of warranty through American home shield. Been out to the house 4+ times. AHS is now going above and beyond trying to get this resolved. I am receiving calls twice a week from them. Unfortunately sweet mountain air is also avoiding their calls. This man is the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. We have not been able to live in our home for over a month. It is so bad, when I told him the "new" compressor was not working, he said he'd be out that day. He then text and said he had a blow out on his tire and would get there the following morning. When he showed up the next afternoon (no signs of a new tire on his truck) he had closed our service claim through ahs which forced us to restart the claim. Ahs saw through this and did not charge us $100 for the new claim. I was patient for a month, kind, gave him benefit of the doubt. He does not care about his work or peoples well being. Horrible.

  I have had David out before and in Feb 2020 he sold me a new unit and stated he would replace the air vent since it keeps falling down. Also with the purchase I was told in writing 2 free checkups within 1 year period. I have texted and talked to David several times about the air vent replacement and I have told many time someone will be out there and no one ever shows. I setup an appt last week and was told he would send someone out to do the check and replace the air vent, and no one ever showed. I called and he stated the part had not come in and it should be on Friday and he would give me a call, well no call and if he had to order the part what happened to the part that he was going to install months earlier per our conversation? The guy seems really nice but not reliable or trustworthy is what it appears. I just do not understand why AHS would send someone from Mesa when I am in San Tan Valley, that is not acceptable. I now have to try and find a real AC person to do my checkouts out in my part of town, because it is obvious that Mesa companies do not want to make the drive out this way. And I am so disappointed in the customer service and lack of truthfulness with this company, really sad customers do not come first any more.

  For AC/HVAC issues I would recommend Sweet Mountain Air in Mesa. I made a service call to AHS and Sweet Mountain Air responded within two hours, showed up the next morning at 8 am and fixed our AC, David Sweet is the owner's name.

  Sweet Mountain ir (David Sweet) was great, on time and fixed the issue the next morning after the service call.
