I would NEVER recommend Swift Water Pools LLC' and Jake Davis to work on a pool. I would allow him to design a pool and give a 3D rendering which he is an expert at. But Jake has mismanaged the money given to him and did not pay all of the subcontractors which came back to inform me and they spoke about placing liens on my property. We started my project in August of 2019 & it still is not 100% complete as of 2/19. My pool has leaked water and we have never swam in the pool. The roof he placed on my cabana was damaged, used with spray paint all over it and not screwed down. There is no flashing or drip edge and he claims that this was temporary which was not the case. He has disappeared for weeks without contact. He doesn't check the subs work for quality. He left piles of trash at my home and a mound of dirt in the driveway that I had to move myself. He improperly and temporarily installed a propane tank on my fire bowl and blew up the coping and never came back to fix it. The sad part is the design is amazing but the toll it takes on your health, your family, and your finances is tremendous and not worth the headache. He has deleted his facebook page when his customers give honest reviews. I had to call the pentair rep myself to get the rest of my equipment I was missing in order to utilize the app. I was told there would be a lifetime warranty on structure but when asked where is that information he will not respond. I was saddened to learn that other customers after us are in a much worse position, so apparently I am one of the fortunate ones to get very close to an unsatisfactory completion.
