Last May, Carl came to my home and made many needed repairs to my irrigation system. 3 months later, the control box, which was 12 years old, failed and the water would not should off. I discovered the problem at 1 am, on a Saturday. I pulled the plug. Monday morning, I called Swinks. Carl appeared a few hours later, and a new control box was installed.
