I think the quality of the pool is okay but we just had it done about three weeks ago. We just wanted to update our pool for appearance and I felt that they provided no guidance or help with choosing colors or stone. There was a misunderstanding about the coping chosen and after $12,000 in a remodel, our pool still looks out of date. They have little imagination and rushed me in every decision made. We went with them because they were supposed to be of high quality and we went with the highest quality coping but there is no wow factor at all. Money was not well spent and when we look at it, it makes us regret going with Synergy Custom Pools. We could have had so much more for $12,000!
