    This contractor incredibly smart, incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly educated! Thinkable and inventive, but not a magician. In a beginning it is not easy to be on one page with him, but when you have relation with him during short period in a beginning of the start, learn to understand him, and he will adapt to you, in a word learn to understand each other, in the final you will get the best that can be.     This contractor ruined our house and cost us thousands to remedy his work! The scam artist never took out structual permit to do structual work, he did electrical without a license . He did tons of unnecessary work without consulting us , he charged exuberant prices for materials ! lied about having structual engineer calculations! Several complaints were filed to numerous boards and arbitration took place to recover costs associated with new contractor , structual engineer and additional 7 months of construction
