Hired T & J Management to repair a roof leak. The leak was properly repaired and it still leaked. They came out a second time days later to attempt another repair and it still leaked after the second attempt. Their contract indicated a 6-month guarantee on the leak. After several attempts to reach Tim Rice with T & J Management, I finally reached him. There was never a returned call from the messages that were left. Asked for a refund and Tim became abusive and used inappropriate language. Told me I would receive a full refund. Never received a refund to date. Bad customer service and workmanship. They do not honor their work. Be careful hiring T & J. I paid in full at the time of the original repair. Once they receive payment, completing any work is no longer a priority.
