T Piper construction does good work. However, I have had issues getting a hold of the main contractor, Tracy Piper who runs the business in order to obtain work orders for jobs that I have paid for in advance. I am still waiting on a work order, detailing expenses for work I paid back in November 2012 and it's now March 2013.

I would recommend avoiding this contractor. From the review in 2013 to now, Tracy has gotten worse with communication and completing job that are paid as scheduled. Entered into contract on 4/1/25 and not complete as of 10/10/25. A simple 10x12 covered roof over an existing patio. His work is subcontracted to questio able partners and I am still awaiting repairs. A new roof which was leaking after installation and 5 attempted repairs is left filled with extra shingles and silicone caulking. Highly not recommended!
