    I have not one thing negative to say about my experience with TW Spinks. That's a rare occurrence when working with contractors. We live in a split-foyer and had the wall removed that divided the kitchen/dining/living room. They also completely gutted the kitchen and replaced the cabinets and flooring. It's now completely open and fits our large family much better. Their predictions on timing and the order of events were spot on despite what others said to expect, and even put the final touches on a day early. The entire process was laid out in detail prior to getting started and they stuck to it. Every detail was monitored by Tom himself and he wasn't afraid to make sure those doing the work knew what he expected. Tom is professional, personable, kind and respected by his team. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

    I have been using T.W. Spinks Home Improvements for all the repairs and upgrades to my home for 10 years now. The work is always top notch and done on schedule when promised. Undoubtedly the best in my book.

    Home addition, new deck, new patio, new shed, home siding, windows, front door, kitchen floors and counters... all done beautifully and on schedule. A great experience all around. I can't say enough nice things about this contractor.
