We were forced to use them because we purchased a Palm Harbor home. They not only destroyed our neighbors yard, they completely destroyed ours in the process of laying a small foundation for a small home on over 1/3 of an acre. They installed a plumbing sleeve on the wrong side of the property, did center up our a/c unit and shorted to wiring to the a/c unit. They then spread the remaining back fill throughout our yard and thus turning it into a gravel pit. They won't return our calls or emails. We are now seeking litigation to put a lien on their business. All we wanted them to do was fix what they destroyed.

Horrid communication skills within the company. I had no choice but to deal with them when I purchased a home from palmharbor. They where given instructions to notify me before any subcontractors arrive on the property. They failed at that . All updates I had to request instead of them reaching out to inform me on the situation. We are at the last week of a 4 month project and I have sent 2 emails and have heard nothing back from them. Next step will be to request an itemized statement of everything done. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Go look else where.

Lack of communication, and constant miscommunication when there was communication. We were forced to use them because we purchased a Palm Harbor home. They were hired to drop gravel, they told us a date and came out early without letting us know, which resulted in the gravel being dumped in the wrong spot and they claimed it was "close enough". It will cost me extra money to move the gravel, re-soil, and re-seed that sight now and they were unwilling to discuss ways to fix the situation or meet us in the middle. I am super disappointed in this experience. I understand things happen but the blatant dismissal is very unprofessional.
