    It is a relatively big job with Tan Architect since it is a gut renovation and conversion from a 2 family to 3 family house. It took about 4 months to get the drawings approved. I thought this was a very long time but then again I'm not sure if it was the architect or the department of buildings holding up the job. I've used them in the past for a similar project and that project seemed to go by much faster. They get the job done but on this project they weren't very responsive. I would have to call them several times to get something done. They would tell me they'll handle something today then I call them tomorrow and it's still not done or they would tell me they'll call me back and just not do it. This can be very frustrating. They are very good with alterations. I asked them to change the plans serveral times before sending them for approval and they made changes without charging an additional fee. Price wise they were very reasonable compared to the other quotes I got. Their price and quality of work is good but their customer service and speed can be better.
