    Extremely terrible experience. Numerous issues and confrontations during the remodel (you basically got yelled at when pointing out the work was not done properly like cracks and sagging pants) followed by more than one year's nightmare where different quality issues kept showing up. The contract was terminated when we found out the shower pan was not leveled (almost 2"gap along a 48" center drain shower pan). Thought the nightmare was over then a lot of quality issues popping up even after one year: Crack and misalignment along structural beam showed up after half year; Cracks and bubbles in the walls at different locations including bathroom, living room and in the center of wall; Water leakage from inside the wall by the countertop
