After our job was PAID IN FULL, next morning grout on tile job started cracking in 3 different places. We are reaching out to them ONE last time and Consumer Affairs recommends filing a formal complaint with pictures and contract. Several NO SHOWS to fix, opened job on contract and much lip service. Sadly enough, this didn't need be.
