    When moving to Spring Hill Oct. 2015, we elected to lease for a year before buying. We leased an unsold home built by TAS. The owner, Terry, absolutely defrauded us. He has failed to correct repairs needed for health concerns and only made a few repairs of the many we outlined in our walk thru. He purposely covered up carpet and pad destroyed by by pet urine by having the carpet cleaned the morning of the day we were to see the property. The damage did not show until the movers walked on the carpet. He has never kept his word to replace it.
