I would never recommend this builder. After 1 year of being put-off numerous times by this builder, he is still avoiding the original defects.

This builder's response after building is very poor. The run around I have gotten is terrible and the lack of responsiveness of the builder Randy Gonzalez is zero to none. I would not recommend this company, as the finish work and the guarantee after build does not exist.

This builder is incompetent, dishonest, and negligent. He didn't start his project on our house on time. Took over 5 months for our 2 car garage and still wasn't finished. We had liens put on our property because he didn't pay the sub companies when he was paid for services. Didn't obtain proper permits for work done and was grossly negligent. Would NEVER recommend his service!
