Hired Taylor Landscape and Concrete LLC (Shane Taylor owner) to repair our front yard sprinklers and add some sprinkler coverage in the backyard and also do a fall cleanup. The sprinkler work and yard work was supposed to take one week. It took them two weeks, and even then, they rushed through it and didn't do a good job. Some of the things they were supposed to do but didn't were: Clean up the east yard ( were in a hurry) said, "they would do it next time" ( there won't be a next time). Didn't take out lilac bush and fitzer bush roots, just buried them with top soil to hide them, thinking I wouldn't notice they weren't done. Didn't install sprinkler system to code. Didn't run wires through gray conduit connecting the valves into the sprinkler clock. They didn't put a drainage system on the sprrinklers they installed ( a blowout port could have easliy have been installed). When we pointed out all the deficiencies in the job, Shane said, " why are you being as.....s, you're getting a deal on what we did". Amost $4,300 was not a deal, and he wanted cash I believe so he didn't have to report his earnings to the IRS. Shane was very unprofessional in his service and his treatment of my wife and I--the customers. He tried to apologize for his behavior after the fact, but it didn't negate his lack of professionalism. I'm not sure what acronym TLC stands for, (Takes Lots of Cash) but you pay a lot for mediocre service.

Had Shane Taylor do some landscaping, concrete work and sprinkler work on our house last year. Horrible experience. With the concrete we had to hire another company to come out and put an overlay on the concrete he did. His concrete work started cracking within two weeks. He is lazy, he is slow, he is unprofessional. He lied to us multiple times. He wouldn’t show up when he told us he would. There was times he’d show up and leave within 5 minutes and not come back. Please save your self the grief, don’t work with this guy.
