I would not recommend this builder - I purchased a home from them in August 2022. Ainsley intentionally concealed and failed to disclose an encroachment existed on the property I purchased. I learned of the encroachment fifteen days after closing. They use subpar contractors resulting in horrible workmanship, don’t honor their agreements and they are LIARS!!!
