Walked off the job unfinished. Total bathroom remodel. Tile work was below sub-standard: tile floor has significant bump/slope; tile reused 3 times;tile cracked, stained and faded;different shades of grout and grout lines vary in width throughout;grout cracking within three weeks. Plumbing work resulted in at least 2 leaks I am aware of and left with inability to shut-off vanity water in case of leak. Vanity, mirror and mirror trim still not installed and left with unsightly attempt to do so. Dangerous, negligent work includes stuffing toilet roof vent with rags and vanity lighting fixture pulling away from the wall in less than 30 days. No respect for homeowners property including failure to address tile work water spillage resulting in laminate floor buckling in hallway outside the bathroom, among other property damage. Painting done by general TCM laborer and not by a professional subcontracted painter as promised resulting in a truly amateurish job with paint on everything (vanity, mirror, mirror trim, light fixture, toilet, tub, floor tile, shower tile, etc.). Job took 4 times the quoted time to complete due to the total incompetency of work such as having to re-do the tile flooring three times. It is our sole full bathroom and instead of being without a shower for the quoted two days, we were forced to incur a hotel bill for 20 DAYS. Todd (owner) is unreliable (never on time as promised), totally unskilled in all areas especially tile work, dishonest, a thief, a liar and totally unprofessional at best...basically a scumbag contractor ruining it for other honorable and skilled contractors. We are in the process of having all work done over again. Pictures available upon request.

This is the worst contractor ever. I am one of 5 jobs that I am aware of, who Todd Miller of TCM walked off the job and never completed. His horrible work resulted in my having to hire and electrician, plumber and heating contractor to fix all of the work he never completed. Never hire him.
