I have had nothing but problems with a house I purchased that was remodeled by Team Villeda. Up until this date we haven't left any bad reviews because the sellers have played nice but we are tired. We have come to the realization that they played nice because they knew there were problems with this house and they got away with one. Water through the electric panel the day after the contract was finalized, water coming through the ceiling from the master bath the second time it was used, shoddy tape work on dry wall, kitchen cabinets coming apart, grout cracking and coming apart in tiled showers, carbon monoxide leaks from the new hvac system, plumbing not done correctly, pealing paint, etc... Even something as simple as a ceiling fan ended up with the blades installed upside down. All of this with a house that is less than a year old. I would be wary of buying any homes that they have remodeled.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! Work is not up to code and poor on so many levels. When you notify them of faulty work, or major issues, the owner, Jonathan, makes promises to correct problems, then never shows up. I plan to file a lawsuit against Team Villeda.

I would not recommend this company to anyone also. We had a renovation of our house done and all the problems the other two reviews mentioned happened to us. There was so many problems I can’t even begin to think of all. Some of the problems were peeling paint, messed up grout, cracking from drywall taping, etc. The absolute biggest problem we had was communication. They did not listen to the things we wanted. They made so many mistakes because they refused to listen or remember the the things we asked them to do. We had to just end the build but there are still some cosmetic and some other things not done correctly.
