Lawn Masters installed a pergola at my location in 2015. I was very pleased with them. Someone came out and gave me an estimate, at the end of the day I had pictures, samples to choose from, etc. They came out the day it was scheduled and was done that afternoon. Everything was cleaned up. Great job.

I have used Lawn Master for 2 projects in the last few years. Both were Pavilions for different purposes. One was as a patio cover and the other was for a cover to park my truck under.
The quality of the material was outstanding, the materials come precut to your dimensions except for the posts and a few other parts that are cut on site. They provide the customer and installer with an actual drawing to approve and work from. They have their own installation crews that they certify and my experience is that these guys are professional and do LM installations all the time.
I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product, the installation and the look of the finished product. They aren't particularly cheap but are well worth the cost. A real solid and attractive addition to our home. Super pleased and would highly recommend.

Do not waste your time with big timber structures or any if its affiliates. I still don't have my pavillion complete. And I learned today that they are tearing down more pavillions because of bad builders. Fortunately we happened to get a good builder. One in a million, however there was not enough material to finish. Plus the top manager just hung up on me when expressing my concerns with their poor customer service. His name is Steven rickman. They tell lies after lies. They are very nice while taking your money. They have false advertisement. Their website states you will get your product 10 to 14 days after payment. It's been 3 months and I still don't have a completed pavillion. One of their builders got on a piece of equipment in my yard and used it and tore my yard to pieces. Btw, he quit after that, he did not even start on the build. It's been a true nightmare to say the least.
