This guy is the worst contractor ever. He yelled and screamed at my wife because she asked him to wear a mask. He also does not pay his sub contractors which causes a lot of issues.

Ted Konold
Ted did subpar work the structural engineer confirmed. Refused to honor his work. Did not pull permits and hired an unlicensed electrician for our home. He quit our job took our money and proceeds to sue all all for unlicensed and sub par work. He abandoned the job and cost us $10’s of thousands of dollars. He should be avoided at all costs.
