  This company is a scam! My mother who is on a fixed income called this company to come fix her air conditioner. Instead of sending a service rep they sent a sales rep. They talked her into buying a whole new air conditioner unit. They promised her they would be out every 6 months to change the air filters and nobody has come out and it's been over a year. Every time she calls she gets the run around that the sales rep who sold her the new air conditioner no longer works for the company. Most importantly they told her she wouldn't have to start making payments until the end of December 2019 and they suggested that she put it on her tax bill. They listed it as a remodeling as opposed to a home improvement and caused her taxes to go up $700. Also the day they installed her air conditioner they were smoking marijuana in her backyard

  I was totally satisfied with Temprite. My AC quit and My home warranty sent them out. They gave me my options and when it came to a total replacement which was the best way to go.they gave me a price and I told they I would give them $6,000. if they could do it that day and we agreed. They asked for 7,000. and they had the unit in 5 hours and my tenant was without air one day. I was pleased.

  Find problem and fix

  This review may be a little long but needs to be. Mar,2017 Recommended by Choice Home Warranty Repair when I called in about my AC not working. Worker from Temperite came out and told me my AC was old and At end of life and would not be under Home Warranty Repair. Said they could replace it and have me up And running in a day. Of course, it was going to cost $6200.00. I agreed and they came out and installed The new unit (inside in the attic and outside on a pad). That was 1st of March, 2017. Not long after I was having water leaking out of my ceiling and onto my new floor. Finally got someone out and I was told, “Oh wow, this whole thing is done wrong. It will need more that what I can do today”. Now, I was being told the one who installed it is no longer employed and they will get to me asap. Well, they send another tech, who was hours and hours getting to me. I found out that the tech who was supposed to come out quit and this was a new guy and I was his first job from this company but he was very knowledgeable and had 20 years doing this. He worked and worked and he showed me what he had to Do to correct what had been done. He leaves. Couple of days later, I still have a leak and I call in. They say someone will be there about 5:30pm. Never showed up. I call back in again. The same tech comes out and fixed my problem and showed me what was the problem. Well, now, I still am not cooling like I should and one of my returns is not working at all. All of this worked with my old AC. It just quit.I called in and asked to speak to the owner, who was not available at that time. I explained my problems and was assured I would hear from them shortly. Never called. This is going on 3 months and my air is still not working correctly. They tell me my ducts all need to be replaced at six thousand dollars. I go up and check and, yes, they are old but the issues are, as the tech showed me, the tape used is all rotting out and they don’t use that anymore. I explained this to the lady that answered my call and said now I am being told that the box for distribution of air to the house is not replaced on an install unless all the duct work is replaced. I told her, if I had know that in the beginning, I would have asked that they replace that box at an additional charge. Well, still waiting for an answer and I still have spent $6200.00 on new AC that is not cooling. Oh, and called in again today and was assured that the owner Chris, would get back to me very soon. Uh, never did. My advise to anyone, is research everything about AC so you can ask the right questions because if you don’t, you can end up with new unit at a lot of money and still won’t cool. Now is 80 degrees in my house.
