We hired Kevin Tesmer, under Tesmers Contracting, L.L.C., (also owned by his brother Ted Tesmer) to upgrade our house. Part of the original agreement was for the job to be completed in 3 weeks, however, 6 months have passed and the job is yet to be finished. Kevin Tesmer only shows up when he wants, and even though he promises to come back the next day, he never shows up. The job is paid in full.
The last 2 days that the workers were here, (Wednesday, August 6 and Thursday, August 7), Kevin Tesmer promised to be here on Saturday, August 9. They never came. I haven't heard from him. In these last 2 days, the work performed had been mediocre. He has been laying the tile very poorly.
Kevin Tesmer is doing the work without any motivation, as he already got paid and has nothing else to gain from me. He refused to give me back my keys to the house, hoping to keep me in this limbo; not doing the work, but not rejecting it either.
I want Tesmer Contracting to return my keys to me and to refund the money I already paid for work not done.
