Horrible experience with Texas Pool Professionals!!! Nothing “professional” about them. I wish we had read more of the reviews. We definitely should have looked into them more, especially when they demand all the money upfront. When a company wants all the money before the job is done you should know it’s gonna be crap and that they do not stand by their work. They did a renovation of our pool with new tile and plaster. Once Cody the owner got his money we never saw him again even when we asked that he come take a look at the shoddy work. The placement of the tiles and the grouting looks like a DIY project. Uneven, crooked and with holes and cracking. They also left dried grout all over our new tile and existing coping. Awful!! The plaster that’s supposed to last 20+ years was sprayed on and left lumpy and rough in several areas. A young man who was the “supervisor” was not here as much as he obviously needed to be to catch the problems. Seems they had him doing everything so nothing gets done right. Cody the owner who apparently took over this company from his father does not know what he’s doing and and he’s not doing any of it well. Buyer Beware!! I would never recommend this company.

Absolutely the worst ever!! They demand 100% of any repair or service in advance, not just parts or other up-front cots but 100% Labor, material profit everything before they will even order parts, the service contract is 1 year, and you owe the entire amount, even if you terminate the contract for cause. So, they replaced my heater 100% payment, but we were able to pay half, but the day after the repair was completed the office manager is screaming at my wife that they should have done nothing without 100% and when I call that my spa is dry and the pool is flooded the same night, a day after the repair, the manager is telling me she doesn't care about that my pumps are running the spa is dry and my yard is flooded, we need to pay the balance before they will send anyone "even if it turns out to be their fault"... so I pay they come out and a “check valve” broke (during the repair), but not their responsibility, ok things happen, but they told me the reason my spa was bone dry and my pool flooded the yard was the failure of "a" gate valve (check valve) allowing the water to flow from the spa to the pool, causing the pool to over flow, we got a quote from them for two directional valves with actuators, not a gate valve or check valve; ok let’s just move-on and let's just get the repair its $2,000 after spending $5,000 for the heater, will they schedule, nope 100% in advance, I offered to pay all parts ahead of time but to pay labor isn’t fair, nope 100% upfront again!! So, I have another pool company (huge and reputable) come by and they gave me a quote for $300.00 less and nothing upfront.... honesty in business what a surprise. So, we are stuck with this company until November of 2023, I assume lots of things "will" break between now and then.... most dishonest people I have ever dealt with and plain mean. Also, we found out they made a copy of the gate key to our yard without permission... Stay tuned for more updates as these people continue to "service" us. Poor service has a name TEXAS POOL PROFESSIONALS. You have been warned. I am a former Deputy my wife a retired banker, being treated like this is a first.

We recently purchased a home with an existing pool. The previous owners contracted Texas pool professionals to fix multiple things. However, there was on going issues with leaky PVC joints and a seal on a motor. They came out multiple times. Each time claiming, they couldn't fix the problem because it was something else that they didn't have the part for. Claiming in order from a motor seal to an impeller to the shaft in the motor. They also put the pool in service mode, saying they would return in a few days. They took around 2 weeks to return, and we had cold days without it turning on to keep it from freezing. pips froze and burst. They then inform me the previous owner is no longer willing to keep paying for them to fix the issue and sent me and estimate for a motor replacement. After complaining about their issues and them being the cause, the owner claims it's because of new untrained techs. I was then told I would get a discount. They sent and estimate claiming the motor cost around $715 (you can buy the exact motor for $330 all day online) plus $150 service fee. After complaining to the owner and telling him this is extremely shady, he said he would fix it at cost and clean the pool to make it right. He then sends another estimate claiming the motor is now 300$ with a 150$ service fee. So, in short, they did not fix the issues, did not do what they said when they said, then tried to be shady with billing, and blatantly lied. I will never use this company for anything!!!

    pool remodel
    $62,000

I had this unorganized, lying company hired to do a pool remodel.
CODY is the owner and needs to be known around Rockwall/DFW
It was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had with a company. I do not think they should be in business anymore and would never recommend them to anyone. Where to start...
The project: It was an existing pool in need of a remodel. The project lasted OVER A YEAR! and still isn't done correctly. The pool is not that big or complicated. Basically, I had them add a grotto (which is pathectic and not at all what we agreed on), plaster, add stone border and wall and re concrete patio around pool.... this project was a disaster after the 1st month and went downhill quickly.

Communication: Horrible, not only with me but within their own team. Basically, have to beg people to show up and finish their job. Nobody was on the same page.
Quality: Lets just say they had to come back and REDO projects they messed up and structurally failed... The fancy 3D design they offer and show is not even close to what comes to life.
Con artists: They promise you one thing and give you something else, they will not return or answer phone calls...

My pool is already falling apart, pumps failing, water fall(grotto) drizzles, concrete is cracking, plumbing is leaking, lights are off sync and cheap, coping is cracked, sunk and failing, ect... all horrible.

I will add pics later to show the damage and workmanship, it has been less than a year since they "disappeared" and abandoned this project.

I am still waiting on pumps they owe me that is still in the contract.........

    pool services

They’ll set you up for failure & try to charge you for their mistakes or capitalize on your broken equipment.

Our pump went well after the freeze. It caused our pool to turn green. It took me reaching out to them several times before the service manager came out to take a look. They supposedly ordered the pump & would be several weeks till the pool would be in working order. Our tech was told NOT to service the pool, except for throwing chemicals in it. He was told not to brush, vac or empty skimmers, none of this which was communicated with us. All we saw was the tech showing up, throwing white powder & leaving. The emails we received about the pool stated he had indeed completed the weekly service which was frustrating since we had seen him do nothing at the orders of the manager.

They let us out of the contract and stated in writing several times they would return one last time to porta vac the pool. The owner Cody allegedly scheduled the service manager to come out Thursday, but he never showed up. Again, zero communication from them rather I reached out for update. Cody yet again assured me, in writing, that the manager would be out Saturday for final clean. Well, that never happened either and zero communication was sent over as to why or a if the clean was rescheduled.

Today I received “final invoice”. The invoice is for the monthly service fees but services were not actually rendered aside from throwing powder in the pool. So not only did this company not keep their word but they’re also trying to collect on a job they didn’t complete.
