Our experience with Jason Riddle and Texo Exteriors was terrible. We hired them to finish our basement in May with the work to be complete by July. Very little framing was done in July, and they quit in August...citing lack of manpower. They kept our entire upfront deposit (over $10k) and much of the mess they left in our basement was not up to code-so we bare the additional expenses of having their "work" removed. Jason did agree to give us $9k back, but then retracted by telling us we would not receive a check from him and to talk to his attorney if we have any questions. Jason boasts that Texo is a veteran owned company that "does what we say we are going to do." Sadly, this was NOT the case for us and we are out over $10,000 with nothing to show for it. DO NOT HIRE JASON RIDDLE FOR ANY HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. If I could give Texo Exteriors negative 100 stars I would.
