Eddy Luis Leuridan, Tezza Construction, provides substandard construction in Victor Valley and Southern California. I inspected a residence where all of the work was substandard and third world in quality. The whole structure should be retagged. The second story is caving in due to lack of support and use of inferior wood - steel beams should have been used. He keeps double books and will buy double supplies and then return the extra and pocket the money instead of giving it back to the owner. Be sure he abides by codes and check with Code Enforcement be at any inspections if possible. Little things like not putting flashing on a roof or patio cover can make a roof a disaster with leaks and other structural integrity problems. You can check out his work and the houses he built and then gutted when they didn't sell - in Pinion Hills, Oak Hills, and Victorville.
