Permits

From the start Justin was hard to reach and did not start the job at the time quoted. With outdoor contracted services I understand weather and other issues can affect that time, so I can give some leeway to that. Once on the job, he is very professional and courteous.
Where he fails is his communication and follow ups. He installed a patio and within two weeks some repairs needed to be made. I was given over one dozen promises and commitments of when he would come to repair the issues. Each time he failed to deliver. He went so far as to tell me he was on his way and would arrive within the hour. He did not. Fast forward to this test, I contact him and asks when he would come to fulfill his promise and also informed him the stain he used has all but washed away. Guess what, same empty promises and now won’t even respond.
Don’t let a smile and generous quote persuade you to use him. His lack of commitment is a definite dealbreaker.
