Multi-part Electrical Wiring, Roof Repair, Painting, Flooring and Window Replacement

I would definitely with no doubt recommend The Centric Group because the organized, systematic, and efficient way they repaired my home. I gave them an enormous amount of work to complete in my home and they did it in a reasonable amount of time. I gave them windows to replace, roof repair, flooring, painting and also a multi-part electrical wiring job. I trusted them with completing the work in the amount of time they gave me and they did. The work was appreciable and exceptional. I was a compromising client and stayed out of they way as the company did their job to my house. I gave them specifically detailing orders for how I wanted my house done and they did it exactly as told no question. They charged the work to my home at a very reasonable amount without any discussions. All the work was done legally with the knowledge of the county and had building and electrical permits for the job, and also had inspections made at the end of the job. The owner Cliff Wilson kept me notified and told me everything that was going on in my house just to keep me aware and that was well appreciated. He always told me the truth and fixed anything that wasn't going right which is why I never worried. I knew I was in good hands when I chose this company to work on my house.

    Flooring Repairs
    $1,200

I would 100% recommend The Centric Group to anyone that needs home repairs on homes that have been ruined due to natural disasters. The flooring in my kitchen, dining room, and living room area had to be replaced due to flooding after a bad storm. The company owner, Cliff, worked with me to determine an affordable cost for the repairs that would not cost me too much. The workers and contractors that he supplied were friendly and worked efficiently to ensure that I would be back in my home within 4 weeks. My floors look AMAZING and their service was exceptional. 5 STARS NO QUESTIONS!

    Electrical wiring
    $1,800

I absolutely would NOT recommend this business to anyone unless you want to be ripped off. They were paid well to complete a multi-part electrical wiring job -- not only was the work incomplete and poorly done, but it was done illegally. Wiring was run through my heating/air ducts, mislabeled the panel box, and left wiring hanging all up under the house. They put not only my home in jeopardy, but the life of my 5-year-old child. This was discovered within two weeks of the work by a heating and air installation company -- when I called to ask that they return to correct the work, I was told it would be over 2 weeks later -- delaying the heating/air installation. Eventually I had to hire another company to get the work corrected. Even though I felt that they should have refunded all I had paid, I tried to compromise, asking only for a partial refund. The owner, Cliff, claimed he would have to check with the "owners" and after a number of calls, finally denied my claim. A sorry liar!
