Cris fixed our bedroom that had serious water damage from a leaky roof after the Waldo Canyon fire. We would recommend him for any work that you need in your home.

Cosmetically, a lot of the work looks good.
Unfortunately, having seen a lot of the work as it progressed I know there are some issues behind the walls, as well in areas where the subcontractors left a mess and Chris, overseeing the subcontractors, never bothered to check if we were satisfied with the work of the subcontractors.
The remodel was initially delayed by at least a month. I later learned that this was due to the owner taking a vacation during his pledged start date. Later, one of his workers tried to blame the delay on another subcontractor.
Chris was also hard to contact, rarely responding to our calls. He would also change the schedule without warning, leaving us with having to last-minute prepare for the removal of part of the house we expected to be able to use for another week or so.
There were also problems where I believe corners were cut, especially when his employee Wyatt was working. There are multiple examples I could give where he was supposed to do something and yet it went uncompleted. I realize Chris trusts his employees, but he really needs to make sure that his employee is actually doing the work.
They also basically threw out the installation manual for a piece of kitchen equipment that was installed, claiming it would not install as instructed and instead fabricated their own solution. While I can appreciate their finding another solution, I do not believe they read the instructions correctly nor attempted to contact the manufacturer to troubleshoot the issue and I hope that their DIY solution does not cause problems down the road.
I also believe that they started to disregard my comments, coming up with excuses to blame other workers or even ourselves, when an issue was pointed out.
There was also a day when Chris, hearing something second-hand from his other employee, interpreted what I had said as a personal attack. He came straight to the house to confront me in my own home. I did not appreciate the hostility of his behavior nor the fact that he abused the fact he had access to our home to talk to me in such an aggressive manner. This is NOT good customer service and is a major concern for a man that had a key to our home and to my knowledge has yet to turn over said key.
