I will say that our overall experience with the Finished Basement Company was a positive one although we had a great deal of frustration with the owner of the company. The various construction people and tradesman that were in our home from day-to-day were fantastic and very respectful. Our issues with the Owner were a direct result of little or no communication on the Owners part. It was a constant struggle to contact him in order to get updates on schedule, ask questions or even and request changes to the scope of work.
